Self opening folders/programs

Anyone notice any programs or folders that open on their own?  I had sudoku for a while and in the mornings I would find it open when it was charging.  Once I deleted that, it started opening all other things like the games folder, verizon navigator, a folder I have never seen before, mobile email, etc.  I took mine in a few times to get the problem solved.  The new release doesn't seem to have fixed it for me.
