Folks check out this thread where a number of us have identified both to Verizon and LG a slight problem with the ICE contact and personal information feature of the Dare.
In a nutshell you can designate three individuals as In Case of Emergency contacts. If your phone is locked those contacts can still be dialed. Nice as far as it goes, assuming they are "available".
There is also with this area Personal information (Meds being taken, allergies, medical condition etc) that you might want a first responder to have. By a glitch this information is NOT accessible when the phone is locked.
One response was "your ICE contacts should have that information". LG says it is up to Verizon to change the program and Verizon lays it off on LG. (Why does that sound so normal?)
Anyhow how about going to Verizonwireless.com and going through the "Contact us" procedure and tap Verizon on the head about this. Perhaps going to LG's site and hit them up also would help speed things along.
