I cant make my own I am not good at this sort of stuff thats why I was requesting a browser but I doubt anyone here would make one for me..

A "browser" is a program you use to see things on the internet - programs like Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. What you probably want is a "homepage" that has links to the web sites that you frequently use. The homepage generator (the link provided by Icculus) will help you make one of those, and I think there are instructions for how to upload it to the internet so you can use it on your phone.
