does anyone know how or where? i went to lg.com and it just gave me a bunch of businesses of america.. and around the world..

my dare has alway had a "broken" micro sd hatch.. i know this for sure now because my GF has now gotten a lg dare and her hatch fits snuggly in the phone even with a micro sd card in the phone.. mine doesn NOT.. it slides around in the space where its supposed to be and when i text on the qwerty board one sided will fall completely out of the hatch and just hang.. im not aobut to lose my 50 dollar 16gb card.. not when i know my phone is flawed..

this would definatlely fall under a manufacturers warranty? plz correct me if im wrong.. and any info on how to contact lg about the problem would be appreciated.. thanks,

EDIT- i have found the number and website for obtaining the info to lg.. thanks again.. any other comments..type away

Your fear of the card "falling" out are misplaced somewhat.  The card has to been inserted and to remove it you have to "push" in to activate the release of the card.

i can push on the sd card hatch when its closed and the card falls right out.. ya never know, it could fall out that way.. and yes i know its not a big deal.. but its not something i wanna risk and its a big annoyance to me

The warranty can actually be done at a Verizon store.  Just bring the phone in and if they determine that it is indeed defective they will give you a replacement.  You don't have to deal with LG.

yeah i only wish i could just do that... i live about 50 miles away from the nearest Verizon store.. and about 60 miles from the nearest verizon tech center(the one that gave me the V06update) so i think thats out of the picture... atleast untill i get outta school.. maybe ill get a chance to get up there.. and i emailed lg about the problem and they said i would have to call them at the number they sent.. idk what to do about that, i really hate talkin to representatives over the phone like that.. i guess ill just wait untill schools out and drive saulsbury MD.. and thanks for pointin that out 3D.
