HOW TO: Lock and Unlock (Password) LG Dare

               Locking and Unlocking on LG Dare

The Phone Lock feature, helps prevent unauthorized use of the device by disabling outbound data and voice calls. The device will still be able to receive phone calls and place emergency calls to 9-1-1.

Lock Phone

1. From the main screen, touch Menu.

               

2.  Touch Settings & Tools.

               

3.  Touch Phone Settings.

               

4.  Touch Security.

               

5.  Enter the Lock Code (the default code is the last 4 digits of the cell phone number).

               

6.  Touch Lock Phone Now to immediately lock the phone.

    For other lock options - touch Phone Lock then touch the desired setting:

    Unlocked
    On Power Up

               

Unlock Phone

1.  From the main screen, touch Unlock.

               

2.  Enter the Enter Phone Lock Code (the default code is the last 4 digits of the cell phone number).
