Website: http://www.pandora.com/

Ok, have any of you ever listened to Pandora Internet Radio. ITS AMAZING! You type in a band, they have most everyhitng i typed in, you get to hear songs by that band PLUS it plays other bands that you might also like. Its been a life-saver for me...

Pandora Radio has gone Mobile, HOWEVER, only on Sprint and ATnT - what the hell were they thinking. Anyway i talked to a rep from Pandora and they said that they would love to work with all big cellular companies, but the companies have to want to work with them. The iPhone has it and its awesome.

Heres my plan, see i posted a link to my own art website, and in like 2 days i got SOOOO many freakin people visiting my website. There is some MAD manpower we got on this forum. PLEASE lets get together, everyone take 3 minutes to email VERIZON and tell them that you love pandora and it is a free service online, and you would love if it was added to some verizon phones. I dono, tell them its a great way to find new music, ad they could hook it to their music mp3 stores and make money.

We need this, its sexy... muaic that is...

well yea, i htink that would get them to think at least. I mean for us it means a cool internet radio, meaning tons of free music to browse wherever we are. For them it means if you like an artist you hear, you click on like "add to my vcast list" or somehitng, and yes, they might make more money. (i dono if i woudl pay for vcast music, i just want free radio)

but i dono man, even tho it is free for sprint and atnt, i 99% feel like they would make it an app that you pay like 3 bucks a month for, and damn man, cut it out with that damn greed thing.

I'm all for it, but since verizon is pushing the rhapsody music deal, I would put money on this never seeing the light of day.

well yea, but the point is that pandora just plays the music, verizon could link pandora radio with rhapsody and then make money.

well i feel like they always say things to shut people up. And even so, if they plan on sticking with that they better like start to make them awesome then, cause in my opinion vcast is slow and lame-o.

Not sure about Sprint, but on AT&T it's only free if you have the iPhone, because it's a different app that gets distributed through Apple, not AT&T.  For any other AT&T phone, you only get it free for a 5-day trial, then have to pay (though I couldn't find exactly how much after the 5-day trial).

I'm pretty sure orb.com can stream feeds through it, I use orb, but I havnt tried this yet.  If I get a chance, I'll give it a go, but you guys might want to try as well.  Perhaps once you make a playlist, then give it to orb. Or something like that.  You will have to have your home computer running to use it though.

hmmm,  i use orb too, but i never thgouht that it might be able to stream pandora. still you would only like have 1 pandora 'channel' to listen to and you cant change it. I might give it a go sometime.

yeah bro, I love Pandora when I'm at home I don't even listen to regular radio.  This would be a great idea.  And if vzw see were it would boost sale in anyway, there going for it.
