I had emailed Verizon shortly after stumbling upon this site as i got my Dare about two weeks ago. i had a rep call me today....i had said there were a few forums with thousands of people with a lot of similar complaints and feeling like we took the back burner to the storm she wanted to know everything including the websites..  her name is Veronica and her extension is 2040 i said i would pass the info she said to have everyone call in with their specific problems ....the calls will add up making them do something.........so call ....it can't hurt..

i believe if we get most people here to call this Veronica lady, we could make a difference. since all of us wouldnt be talking to random people. one person will be flooded with complaints. she would be forced to listen. ... or change her number  LMAO

she really sounded like she was willing to do what she could to get us what we want or at the very least get all our problems and complaints forwarded to people who have the ability to do something about it

I was talking to verizon before about exchanging my phone for a different one and would need to call them back so I asked for the extension, but they informed me the chances of me reaching the same person is very slim since there are so many call centers you can reach...good luck with this.

Having gone through this before.  When you get a CSR who makes sense and goes out of their way to be helpful before you terminate the call get the name (fullname if they will give it, my one CSR had no problems with it) and the call center.

You then call 611 and ask to be connected to "Helpful CSR" at the Wherever Call center.  They will transfer.
It helps also when you get a good CSR once you get the name/call center information is to call and ask for that call center and ask to be connected to the supervisor.  Positive strokes have a way of keeping the good ones on our side.

Too many of us will call solely to gripe and moan but all too few call to compliment good service.

Thanks FA1SGL...I will have to remember that because it would be nice to be able to contact the good reps, sometimes I call and they have completly no idea whats going on or what to do and then you call a different time and they are extremely helpful(how I got my dare)  Smiley
