no matter what, whenever i open the link that says "show unread posts since last visit." it comes up as no unread posts... and i know this is wrong.

whats up?

That was doing the same thing on my PC when I used to login to the site and select the "forever" drop down option. I am able to get around this by selecting "60" from the same menu so it does not save my login. Not sure why it works this way for me, but it does. I have had this problem on two different laptops 1 with XP and the other with Vista.

I found you same problem on the net and this was the solution:

"...it appears that if I 'logout' after each session rather than 'stay logged in forever' then it seems to work. I would assume therefore that if I stay 'logged in forever' it doesn't recognise when I go and come back again..."

i dont quite see what your saying. when you click on "unread since last visit" it says no unread? what about when you click on "all unread topics". this option pops up after yo click on unread since last visit. right next to no unread messages message.
