1 Year!

April marks the one year anniversary of the creation of LG-Dare.com! In one short year, this community has come a long way. With over 45,000 members and over 75,000 posts, this is a very large and active community!

I have been involved with many forums in the past, and none of them are as friendly and close-knit as LG-Dare.com. The members of this forum (for the most part) are intelligent, friendly, and overall good human beings, and I truly find joy in associating with them.

Keep up the great work LG-Dare.com and here's to another great year! Cheesy

Has it really been that long? Time seems to be going too fast. I've had this phone for about 8 months yet it feels like it's only been two or three.

I periodically get curious and check the overall stats and whenever I think we have reached a insurmountable plateau we get another "rush" of individuals joining.

In that light I don't see this as a phone that has been abandoned by either LG or Verizon. Are there yet more entries by LG? Of course, the nature of the game is keep the phones coming. Both realize though that they only remain ahead of the game by supporting what they have in the market place. Do upgrades come as we want them? Of course not! We want tomorrows upgrade yesterday. Will the Dare ever be an iPhone? Never going to happen. They will however improve what can be done via firmware/software upgrades. Will LG and Verizon always fix what we want fixed when we want it fixed? Of course not. The forum started a year ago the phone itself came out later and we have some fixes. More will follow. Vpnavy will have to come up with a birthday cake with candles
