DARE Applications / VZAccess Manager

ok on the disc that comes with the phone there is the VZAccess Manger that is or can be installed. in it, it has the App's tab where u go 2 it i has some applications.

Mine has: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, TXT Messaging, and Verizon Wireless

how do u put these applications on the phone, or can u at all? like the Microsoft applications, if u can't put them on the phone, then y bother having the VZAccess Manager have them there???
