I searched and came up nothing. So ill ask here.

Whenever i try to put a song on my Dare it goes to "My Sounds" and not "My Music". Is there anyway to put them into my music? I am using bluetooth to transfer my music to my phone, because i dont have a micro SD card yet?

Any help would be awesome.

First...make sure you're posting in the correct board Wink

When you're using BT does it give you the option for while folder to put them into? Just curious, I've never used BT to transfer a file before.

In that case, only way I could think of doing it would be with bitpim. Have you ever used bitpim before?

Don't even mess with the file structure on the left side of BitPim.  Open the filesystem window in the center of the screen (follow steps 5 and 6 in these instructions http://www.lg-dare.com/index.php?topic=5712.msg49205#msg49205) and then scroll down to the my_music folder.  That's where you want to drag/drop your mp3 files.

If you plan to use the mp3 player on the Dare you really should get a memory card.  You can find a 4gb card on sale at Radio Shack right now for $15.  Or if you are willing to order online you can find even better deals.

...An unexpected exception has occurred...

Another post mentioned:  Manually set your phone model to 9100 not 9700.

You've been messing with this for four days.  Wouldn't it be simpler to just spend $15 and buy a memory card?
