I was wondering a couple days ago what each staff position entails. I messaged CK and this was his response.

Junior Moderator: These are members that I feel have potential to be a moderator, and are essentially an apprentice. They are given Moderation controls over a few forums, and are evaluated on their moderationg. They have the same powers as a regular moderator, but only for a few forums.

Moderator: These are members that have proven themselves to be capable of moderating up to par with forum standards. They can lock, delete, move, sticky, merge, and split threads. They have power over all the forums.

Global Moderator: These members have proven themselves to be capable moderators, and have also proven to be an enforcer of the rules when needed. They have the same powers as a regular Moderator, but they can also ban users, as well as a few other small features.

Administrator: The Admin basically can do anything to the forum. It is quite a big step up from Global Mod. They can create new forums, add modifications to the forum, promote users to staff roles, send out forum emails, manage the galleries and arcade, etc. You name it, the Admins can do it.





I figured I would save you the time of retyping it all out again CK. Hope this answers the same question that I had to others that are wondering

Til I PM'd Corsairkid, I was wondering who this individual was given that we were having spam attacks.  I wondered if this was perhaps an interloper.  But seeing was an outside expert brought in to assist all is good.  Life is good.  The Dare rocks.
