LG dare won't send picture/sound/video messages!

My LG dare worked just fine when i first bought it with verizon. Husband and i could send text/sound/video messages, but now we can't. It says "message not delivered- retry?" Does anyone have the same prob? anyone knows how to fix it? This is frustrating Shocked

Text messaging is fine.. but its the picture, sound and video messaging.. it wasn't a 15 day trial.. we got the complete plan which includes text, and multimedia messaging. I am thinking it is the phone! my husband has the blackberry storm.. and we couldnt even connect these two phones via bluetooth (i was trying to send him a pic from my phone). Also, when my husband sends me a video message, i don;t hear any sound.. i can just view the video. Does anyone know of these problems.. do you guys think we should take the phones back? We have insurance on both phones btw

My duaghters did that when I set her up on my plan...after hours of beating my head against the wall with pimply faced techs, it was finaly discovered (by my sales guy no less) that there was a "box" that hadn't been clicked when my plan was set up...it had to do with "premium" messaging. The original sales guy had clicked it by mistake. So even though I had asked for it, I wasn't getting it...a simple click and all was good.

Welcome Samosaa!

The error could be due to the network being overloaded. Or it could also be due to the phone attempting to receive a message at the same time that it is trying to send one...this has happened to me. I think you should call CS and see if they can troubleshoot. You may also want to reboot both phones and try again. Also dial *228 to update your phones software and roaming...this may fix it.
