Greetings all. Tried to search around for this but no luck.

If you've seen a T-Mobile G1 it can have a pretty cool unlock feature (depending on if the user has it set up). Basically you slide your finger in a specific pattern on a 9x9 grid of dots and when you do the pattern correctly, it unlocks your phone.

Can we do anything like this on the Dare? Maybe some sort of flash program or something?

Simple answer: no.

You can't put flash stuff on a VZW dare anyway, so I don't see how this would be possible.

While simple .swf files can replace Fun Animations and have limited interaction with functions programming to actually provide a lock would be well beyond their ability.
