Didn't receive CD

I upgraded from the Glyde to the Dare on my last possible day (I am so glad I did!). I had tossed the Glyde box in the trash when I got it 30 days ago which cause the Verizon guy to go nuts. So he finally let me get the Dare and put the charger, cable, manual, and phone in the shopping bag I had brought the Glyde back in. Recently I am hearing about "the CD" which I don't have - how can I get one, or can someone email the disc image to me?

I would call the store and explain that your Dare didn't come with a CD, they should give you one.
